Am I the only one getting slowdowns?

I waited a few days before mentioning this, because it might have been my internet, but no. It is the site. Everywhere else is fine. Download speeds on games are fine, streaming works like usual. Even downloading stuff on consoles works fine. Units connected to my WiFi work like intended. This started happening post 2FA.

Happens to me mostly when I'm switching between phone/laptop/PC and opening the site first time, or even randomly when I'm scrolling through a thread and I'll notice when rating a post/going to next page and everything is just busted.

I wanted to wait some days before updating, but I still get occasional slowdowns. Sometimes, it can take more than 30 seconds when I visit. Opening many threads in different tabs is still okay. I always think to myself that my internet is busted, but every other site I frequent works fine.

It's worse on mobile, but I would have let it go if it wasn't also happening on PC.

30 seconds sounds like amazing to me at this point. Takes a few minutes of refreshing and retrying on different tabs/browsers/devices to get it back to normal.

I’ve had slowdowns for probably at least a month now, honestly I can’t remember when it started but it’s been a while and still ongoing.

Same over here. Probably longer than a month.

Happens every day, at least three to four times a day (no specific hour). Nothing loads for ~5 minutes, or loads extremely slow during that time period. After that everything goes back to normal, until it happens again 10 minutes or several hours later.

Only happens on this site.

Taluntain, just as a follow-up, site has seemed much better all day today. Just now I had a minor hiccup, unresponsive, but it corrected itself within 30 seconds, so consider it margin of error.

Tentatively thinking whatever adjustment you made might have done the trick.
