I'm pretty sure its in-game, but they are doing special little show-off things in the game.

The monsters are textured and stuff, so yeah..

Very nice indeed.

Kind of an odd choice of stuff to show, though -- no characters, nothing about the story, etc. But it looks terrific.

They sure know how to capture that epic feel!

how many gfx cards do we need to run this?

World of Gothic: What will be the system requirements for Gothic 3?

Johann Ertl/Stefan Berger: The besser the game, the better the graphics. Thanks to continuously adjustable graphic effects, Gothic III will run on an usual computer (e.g.. Win XP/2k 2 GHz + GeForce 3 (not G4MX!) 512 MB RAM or more). However, every gamers is surely aware that more power will allow higher resolutions etc. and therefore make the game "better". You should be on the safe side with this configuration: CPU around 3 GHZ, 512 MB Dual Channel (1 Gig is of course better), a good graphics card like the GeForxe 5900 or 6600GT or the Radeon 9800 Pro or X600, a rather fast HDD and of course a good soundcard.

Is it just me or is the music in this trailer awesome?

Music in Gothic has always been excellent!
Indeed, I wish the games came with a cd with the music on it or something. It's so well done and the games wouldn't have the same atmosphere without it.

That demo sucked. Where are the PEOPLE?

Oh, and when can we have a demo MSFD?

If you mean for oblivion, they said they're going to have a nice show of it at E3.

this was a teaser to get people to look at them for E3. They will unveil more.

And they've released alot of concept arts of characters and stuff, anyways.

At least graphically speaking, this might just give Oblivion a run for it's money.

Well, most of it does seem more detailed than Oblivion, but look at the screens, the draw distance is almost non-existant. And from the screens it doesn't seem like there is even a sky, just white...
