There aren't any. People who think they are hardcore gamers are people who are desperate to be 'special' and 'elite' so they 'role-play' being 'hardcore'.

Who gives a fuck about hardcore? I just want a site that has honest opinions about games and is actually fair and critical in its reviews. I came here because of how disappointed I was with NWN and all the hype around it, I stay for all the high drama and hilarity.

Any intelligent person, Russian or otherwise, would see Shutov for a diletante and a menace.

P.S.: the only Russian-made game worth playing was Z.A.R. - then again, that was the 90's, people bought all kinds of shitty games to "support" the developers... I have yet to see a honest "exploitation" game in Russia. ALFA's Chechnya campaign comes close, but what the customers REALLY want is a game where you splatter Caucasian terrorist brains over the wall. "Brat 1/2", anyone? The market is ready. What it's missing is a product.

P.S. I wonder where do all these vodka rumors come from.
You mean it's not true?

Oh, comrade, alcohol affiliation was my last hope for an understanding between a capitalist pig like myself, and my communist brothers. Oh well.
Let's commiserate. I'm gonna get smashed.
Bye!
If only you lived in a socialist paradise like myself you would know the truth.

PS my friends think my vodka is exceptionally delicious.
