How to add "Post Ratings"?

How do i get DarkUnderLord's attention to grant me access to the 3rd level spell "Post Reaction" without paying the $5 USD and coming across as even more retadred?

I can't claim to be a refugee of RPG Watch as i find the site to be dull and boring (although useful for keeping up with current RPG news/releases).
