  1. A true Arcanum Sequel: My Wishlist.

Definately the combat would need to be changed to full TB. I would also like to have more recruitable NPCs. I don't even remember, what was the maximum party size and how many NPCs could you recruit? It's been a while so I thought it was only a couple at a time.
  2. Diablo 3: Followers

Ugh is there to be a zoomable camera in D3?
  3. Dunjonquest series retrospective

I remember being in 8th grade and gathered around my friend's huge Zenith TV with his shitty Atari 800 and playing these games. The anticipation growing as we waited for the cassette to complete loading. Then as we played my friends kept getting pissed because I wanted to read each room entry...
  4. The Eye of the Beholder Thread

If you do decide to play EoB1 on the PC make sure and brace yourself for the most spectacular endgame animation of the 90's
  5. Game News Dungeon Siege 3 Gameplay Trailer ups the Pow! Factor

Has it been announced if this is a single character game, or can you form parties like in the previous DS titles?
  6. Diablo III: Will it be PC only?

I went to great pains to get a copy of Diablo for the PS because the faggy dupers and what not had already ruined battlenet. Unfortunately, the PlayStation version of Diablo was absolute, utter shit.
  7. Company News Bill Roper Can't Hold Down a Job

Awesome! Hellgate: Des Moines, the long awaited sequel to Hellgate: London, will finally come to fruition!
  8. Was 2000-2009 a good decade for crpgs?

What's that list supposed to illustrate? There are several titles from the 80's (not just the 90's), and if it's supposed to be a list of the greatest CRPG's then why in Sam Scratch is Daemonsgate on it? That was a huge pile of shit. Then again, it DID come with a fancy VHS tape.
  9. Tessera close his site

ToEE has a load of patches too. Lord knows that wasn't very popular.
  10. DOS Sound Card settings

I came across original installation disks which contains a mixer program for DOS, but of course the install.exe is corrupt in the download. Believe it or not, despite much googling, to find that ACTUAL Creative Labs install disks and related files for a card this old much less for pure DOS...
  11. DOS Sound Card settings

Yeah I'm using the correct output. I'll play around with the IRQ which is currently set to 5, not 7, and make sure I didn't deactivate the internal amplifier.
  12. DOS Sound Card settings

I have an old machine running DOS 6.22 and it's equipped with an old ISA Sound Blaster 2.0 card. I am not loading any specific drivers ( I had not known previously ISA cards don't actually have to have them loaded in the CONFIG.SYS in order for them to work) and I get sound. The trouble is the...
  13. Post a screenshot of your first RPG

MM 6 & 7 were fun, but those stupid assed player and NPC portraits bugged the hell out of me. Damn it they look stupid. That and the game is a hair away from being an FPS.
  14. Post a screenshot of your first RPG

I can't find any screenshots, Tunnels of Doom on my TI 99/4A (with $50 rebate!). I loved that game.
