A MUD-ish text adventure I'm working on.

I've been working on this game The Nexus for the past couple of weeks. Basically it's a multiplayer text adventure, but every direction that there isn't a room, anybody can create one, so the world will be continually expanding as people play it. At the moment, there's not much to do other than create rooms and entities with limited interactivity inside them, but it's going to be a lot better in the future when I get the enemy encounters and quest systems in place. But for now feel free to add whatever crazy crap you want to the game world!

Cool. I'm currently starting on a web-based game thingy, myself (it's for university and in Dutch, though), so I'll be sure to check your stuff out so I can steal some ideas. :P

I predict the gameworld becomes a huge mess in like a week if you get any players. ;)

Half your rooms will be written in 1337, the other half will be poorly written sex jokes and immature references to genetalia...

But it's worht a shot I guess. ;)

It's okay. You should have to write a description though as enter text here rooms aren't that fun.

Oh, damn. I thought that was a roomless MUD... so, it IS a roomless MUD, but not because of design, but because there are no room yet :P.
Ok, gotta try it out anyway.

Holy crap! The world doubled in size, like, overnight! I love you guys!

EDIT:
Hmm, now I feel like I have to go and finally fill in all those rooms that I left blank :)

I lol'd.

Anyway.... the site still exists, though it seems that Nexus game only was only for some time. The site itself is like a game from the last century, with a lot to explore, so have fun :)

Edit:
The site even has a web-comic!
