I don't think this should be stickied. Encouraging the use of ignore lists would detract from an essential (imo) aspect of the Codex - nobody is denied the opportunity to speak. This is part of what makes this an unusual and important site.

Ignore lists can also fragment threads further (like this place needs more of that!).

I agree - maybe we should start the idiocy preservation league, all we need is a bunch of accounts and we can quote every post from at least 15 different accounts.
