Aren't master striked dependent on enemies's stamina?

Once the player learns to masterstrike all 1 vs 1 are going to be about masterstriking. Its safe and sure, and why would you strike your opponent and risk being master striked back?

Masterstikes sound like a master stroke, but its just a very badly implemented mechanic that throws out of the window all the other combat mechanics you learnt before.

Yeah the frequency at which enemies masterstrike renders all but the shortest 3 hit combos highly unlikely to be pulled off even if you feed the enemy hits from directions unused by the comobo to prime them to be open to the combo's attacks. So the only one combo I used with any frequency was the sword three move one that ends in an unblockable double stab to the face which was probably the best one anyways given the frequent lesser damage protection there.

Are there any good weapon mods for this game?
You know, something which adds flails, heavy flails, crossbows, polearms and the like?

1) Flails are a meme weapon that probably were never used much at all.
2) Why would you want a crossbow when you can become very proficient with a superior bow?
3) There are plenty of polearms in the game: https://kingdom-come-deliverance.fandom.com/wiki/Polearms_and_Spears
Specifically Czech hussite mobs were known to use flails. But it was an improvised farm tool and not something you would use if there was anything else more practical available.
