    Yep, Sfall is quite configurable and there is an option to use one of a few damage/ammo modifications.

    I don't remember well, but I think in F1 Fast Shot lowered AP's per attack also for melee, so it's not a bad synergy (yet, 95% to eye-kick is better than 2 regular kicks... ).

    I played Polish and it's ok. There are a few dialogues hard to understand, but overall you will be able to follow the goal. It's definitely much better than the first ATOM RPG translation ;) .
