  1. Interesting post on ESF about Daggerfall.

    Real good burn there ;)
  2. New Nine Divines Poll at the official forums

It's not just a standard dinner party, you twits :) Obviously they have dialog explaining their motivations for sticking around. Nope.
  3. Troika and the Fallout rights - where did I read that?

I was just going off Dhurin's comments. I have no information that they were even involved. My entire point was that I find that version of the story difficult to believe given the small amount that we paid for the license. I haven't read about the last 12 pages of this thread or so, though.
  4. Troika and the Fallout rights - where did I read that?

Sorry you're going to have to back these up somehow. I don't think that is a real event you're describing. Whatever word you're comfortable with, I'm just telling you I don't see how that's possible given the bid we got it for. I don't see that anyone has any proof at all that that's how...
  5. Troika and the Fallout rights - where did I read that?

I wasn't responding to you. Dhurin posted about the supposed bidding war, which I find ludicrous. Vault Dweller is still posting about it like it's gospel and I still don't see any way it could be when you look at the numbers.
  6. Troika and the Fallout rights - where did I read that?

The cost of the license is out there in some Interplay financial report or some such. How anyone can look at that and still believe that there was any form of bidding war going on is completely beyond me. If that was a bigger bid than whatever money Troika put down, well suffice to say I can't...
  7. Bethesda Releases Concept Art

Pretty sure our artist was using a gargoyle statue as reference. Maybe they have the same gargoyle statue? Our imp is an updated daggerfall imp anyway. He's only about three or four feet tall, and definitely not muscular. The wings I feel like are pretty standard anatomy for flying...
  8. Pete Hines Audio Interview

Incorrect. They asked me about the Xenos chip. That's the GPU.
  9. Game News Internet DRAMA alert! Kathode on the Oblivion screens

I seriously doubt any contract we had with 1C permitted them to show off the game at will to any press they wanted, but I haven't seen it myself so I don't know. I don't deal with localization, thank goodness. The second one is up to Pete Hines to decide.
  10. Game News Internet DRAMA alert! Kathode on the Oblivion screens

Just FYI, I took down my pinned thread. It turns out the whole drama isn't as.... um, dramatic as was originally thought :)
  11. Development Info Mount & Blade 0.700 released

We get closer and closer to the day when every single news post on RPGCodex relates to Oblivion somehow. I can't wait :)
  12. Interview Oblivion tit for tat at GameCloud

Not in the slightest! Reviled or not, Oblivion is the most popular subject around here. There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about. If we fed you everything you wanted to know, you might start to ignore us ;)
  13. Interview Oblivion tit for tat at GameCloud

    What's so bad about that?
