You don't need to download any fonts. It may be a problem related to graphics driver. You may need to download and install the latest driver for your video card.

Thanks! I am quite happy these days myself. People are enjoying the game and they are going ahead and buying it too! If only we can create more content now... The zombie skins are from a previous attempt for a storyline. Since then, we decided to keep the game's atmosphere realistic...

JC Anejo: Starting the tournament facing the wrong direction will be fixed in the next version. Also, I'll make the lance slower. Fez: My initial plan was making several tournaments in different towns, each one having slightly different setups. Hopefully, I'll get to it sometime...

It's not a matter of difficulty. Mount&Blade's combat is the way I'd like it to be.

You know, I really wonder what your secret money making method is. Could you give a hint about it? Does it involve trading / tournaments ? I was careful trying to avoid potential sources of abuse so I am now curious about it.
  6. Mount&Blade (used to be Warrider)

No, that was only for missiles. Melee combat does not use physics.
  7. Mount&Blade (used to be Warrider)

Haha! Is that the way you came to own that equipment at level 5?
  8. Mount&Blade (used to be Warrider)

I haven't really given much thought to the cheats. Do you think I should write them somewhere?
  9. Mount&Blade (used to be Warrider)

Alex: Thanks a lot for your support. It's great to see people enjoying the game. :)

You must have got the hold of the game if you defeated a party of dark riders. Dark knights are the most powerful opponents in the game. But they'll start coming in more crowded groups as the game progresses.

Thrusting vs cutting is selected randomly. If you don't want to use thrusting, a solution could be getting a weapon without a thrust attack such as an axe or a scimitar.

The problem with training is that everyone starts facing the same direction. It was in my todo list but kind of never popped up to deserve attention. But I can guess how problematic it could be. I'll fix it ASAP ;) You can mount a horse by coming near it and looking towards it. If your riding...

:) The part of the screen enclosed by the arms of the crosshair shows where your arrows could go towards. So if the corsshair's arms are away from each other, the arrows could go anywhere between them and accuracy is poor.
  14. Mount&Blade (used to be Warrider)

The victim's speed and moving direction effects the damage he takes from ranged weapons. The game uses a physically accurate model there. Also for lance damage, warrider damage etc.,. the speed of the horse is always taken into account. Continious scales are used to calculate the damage. The...

No, but I would love to try that. Unfortunatetly there is no club or society dedicated to historical fencing in Turkey and it's not something I could do on my own. I guess I would get my ass kicked all the time since I'm not really into sports, but I still think I would have a lot of fun. It is...
